A stated catalog size describes the service at a point in time and does not promise that every individual title will remain available.
Plans and connections
The plan duration and number of simultaneous connections are confirmed before payment. A connection means a stream playing at the same time, not simply an application installed on a device. Access begins after delivery of working credentials unless a different start arrangement is confirmed.
Authorized content and use
Content is offered only where the necessary licensing or distribution rights apply. Customers must use the service lawfully and may not restream, resell, copy, redistribute or publicly exhibit content without permission. Availability can be limited by country, package or applicable rights.
Account responsibility
Access details cover the number of connections purchased. Customers must keep credentials private and use compatible, secure devices and applications. Sharing credentials beyond the purchased connection limit may interrupt playback or require account protection steps.
Availability
Streaming depends on networks, devices, third-party platforms and maintenance. Uninterrupted or error-free playback cannot be guaranteed. Customers should maintain a suitable internet connection and install applications only from official stores or verified publishers.
Support and fair troubleshooting
Support is available through the official WhatsApp contact during the hours shown. A useful report includes the device model, player name, exact error, affected title or channel and the checks already attempted. Support will never require unrelated passwords or ask you to disable normal device security.
